What types of drinks do you serve?
We specialize in premium, non-alcoholic beverages crafted with fresh ingredients. Our offerings range from our signature hand-crafted mocktails and fan-favorites to thoughtfully curated drinks of your choosing. Do you offer a pricing sheet?
Yes! We provide a detailed pricing guide upon request. Pricing depends on factors such as guest count, drink selections, and event duration. Reach out to get a personalized quote based on your unique event needs.
How do taste testings work?
We offer private taste testing sessions so you can explore flavor profiles and co-create your ideal drink menu. Once scheduled, you’ll meet with our mixologist team, sample various drink options, and finalize your selections based on your preferences.
Additionally, while taste testings are optional and not required to schedule an event, they are highly encouraged to ensure we provide the best service we can for you and your guests.
What are your deposit and cancellation policies?
Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit is fully refundable if cancellation occurs at least 2 weeks before the event. The deposit will also be refunded the day after the scheduled event day. Full details are outlined in the provided booking agreement once we schedule a date.
Is Mocktail Meadows licensed and insured?
Yes! Mocktail Meadows is fully licensed and insured to operate in the state of Utah. If you or your venue require documentation, just reach out and we’re happy to help.
What are your setup and space requirements?
We’ll bring everything needed for a polished bar setup to serve our mocktails at your event. All we ask is that you provide a flat, small designated area with a 7′ width minimum. Otherwise, we will work with you and your venue to ensure everything fits smoothly.
What guest count can you accommodate?
Our team can serve intimate gatherings to large-scale events. Whether you’re hosting a cozy baby shower or a corporate event with hundreds of guests, we’ll scale our services to match your needs while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
